Our stations are positioned further apart to accommodate private conversations.

Plants to assist in purifying the air and keeping any hair product smell to a minimum.

Basins that are again positioned way further apart than normal to make your relaxing time private and intimate.

Minimum retail products. We only have on offer what we truly believe will assist in your hair journey.

Minimum clients at any one time in salon. This ensures our vibe and mood of the salon stays relaxed.

  • We kindly ask that mobile phones and other devices are on silent. You are welcome to use all devices in salon but as our vibe is relaxed and peaceful we ask they be silent to keep the beautiful environment we have.

    Please ensure to arrive to your appointment with clean hair, shampooed within 48hours before your appointment. Avoid using excessive products especially dry shampoo or any leave in products. If we have to shampoo and blowdry the hair before commencing the color service a fee of $30 will be added to the appointment.

    We also kindly ask that you do not attend with wet hair. This can cause delays in our schedule and sometimes, depending on the service can cause irritation to the scalp.

    We strongly encourage you to use salon grade products from our salon prior to all color appointments. Non salon grade products may cause severe chemical reactions during some color services.

    Remember hair goals and self-care take time, take this time to relax.

  • A reminder that we are a women’s only space. In the best interests of our guests, we kindly request that you attend your appointment alone to ensure our salon remains as a space of calm and not overcrowded.

    Unfortunately, we do not accommodate children or gentlemen.

  • An automated confirmation text is typically sent to your number 72 hours prior to your appointment.

    Please bear in mind that it is still your responsibility to adhere to your appointment even if you do not receive a reminder text.

    We kindly request that you contact us at least 48 business hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend. Remember the salon is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

    Failing to attend an appointment without contacting us to cancel will result in a charge of 100% of the service booking. If you contact us past the 48 business hours cancellation period you will be charged a $50 fee. Unfortunately, in order to protect our small business no further bookings can be made until your fee’s are paid.

  • We accept EFTPOS, Bank Transfer, cash and AFTERPAY.

  • The Hare Boutique always tries to meet all hair goal expectations but if you are not quite happy with your hair, please let us know immediately prior to leaving the salon.

    If you are ever unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon, we offer a 7 day Repair Policy. Please make contact with us by calling the salon on 4857 5109 with your concerns. We will then look at scheduling a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation to assess your hair in person.

    We do ask kindly that you do not have any further services performed by another salon prior to returning to The Hare Boutique for a repair consultation. At your repair consultation we will create a plan with you to find the best possible resolution and help you meet your hair goals.

    The Hare Boutique will not cover any expenses of services or products purchased or performed by another salon or at home attempts.

  • You may have seen our New Client Voucher displayed across our social media.

    This voucher is redeemable on a full service Full Head of Foils appointment.

    You must also be a new client to our salon, meaning you have not scheduled an appointment with us before.
